I made some Chicken Pakora for afternoon tea. An Indian spicy snack with juicy chicken bits...Just a simple mix of chick pea flour, salt, chilli powder, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, black pepper, aniseed, pomegranate seeds and garlic with cold water, and add in some chicken meat, yellow onion, spring onion, green chilli and coriander leaves. Then, deep fry.
