Yippeeee...the tempeh!

Yes! at last i managed to make a home-made tempeh. So this morning i celebrated my so called first tempeh by fried them plain, fresh cut from the tempeh block...


Fresh-cut tempeh from the incubator...mushroom smell!



Plain-fried tempeh, no added salt or spices...tasted like heaven!
