Glorious Food: Bak Chang

Now i can't hold myself from drooling reading the dumpling making at Josh's blog...at first i feel lazy to make myself but i can't wait this coming Saturday to make some...hehehehe...i did it last year and the time to the celebration will come soon early June...i did write about it last year here...so tomorrow is a Bank holiday, will get some ingredients for my dumpling...chicken meat, chestnut and lotus (i think i still have some from last year, hehehehe...no expiry date...), i still have some bamboo leaves from china, yeah, the plastic string...porcini mushroom (arrrggghhh...too luxury for my dumpling and i guess Joshua will jealous because i am going to use some expensive and exotic wild mushrooms from Italy - i bought some when i  visited Italy, actually i bought in Venice...yummy...hehehehe...), some five spices, black soy sauce, light soy sauce, some sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, salt (lucky that the salt here is less salty...) and glutinous rice...oooppssss...some salted yolks...yeah!

Lonely Planet - How can you resist!

I don't like these...how can i resist not to travel around? hehehehehe...but i have to self-grounded until July...oh GOD help me, please! 

Ryanair offers for this month...and easyjet and jet2 have the cheap flights too...well, life is great!

Ahaaaa...sate...an indonesian sate restaurant near the Prague Castle...hhhmmm i don't think the sate tastes better than Kajang Sate...and the price must be a few hundreds kroner...
