Around NCL - University of Newcastle

Have a little walk around the university. An old university which was built in 1834 as a medical institution. University of Newcastle upon Tyne is one of the three universities in Tyne and Wear. Located in the NCL city centre. Another two are University of Northumbria (established in 1992) and Newcastle College. Ironically, the Newcastle College is the biggest in term of enrolment.





A mix of old and modern structures.




I don't know what this building is. But the tall chimney looks so interesting. This chimney so obvious that one will notice when walk around provided that you look up above!
