Glorious Food: Bak Chang for my friends!



The Geordie (my kota bharu dialect):
Just finished steaming the Bak Chang...hhhmmmm...as usual, me Bak Chang, smell, heaven...taste, heaven, an so delicious wi additional ingredient; 'wild italian mushroom' or Porcini...aaarrggghhhh, what a beautiful world! So enjoy me friends! Enjoy the Bak Chang specially made fre special friends, geet te knaa yee aal even wi just meet in the cyber world. Wi me special Bak Chang, ah wish yee aal a geet mow in life! Cheers!

Well, i managed to make 12 pieces of Bak Chang, and everybody will get one each, and the balance 3 pieces are for me...yeehhaaa...so the bad thing that i have to finish all by myself...hehehhehehe...and for the other friends who i could not give this time, i will make some somedays...:)

Then, i feel so bored and ting! i shaved my head...hahahaha...second summer with baldy head...lalalalalala...

hej! hilmi...you can find it around JB city, mostly at the chinese hawkers, or maybe you can check at carrefour, giant or jusco...last time i bought some at the carrefour jb...
