how?

hej! lyna...very simple one...you need 2 eggs, chicken or fish stock (dashi is japanese fish stock), chicken meat, if uu like u can put shrimp/prawn too, light soy sauce, shiitake mushroom, and fresh parsley for garnishing...so u just beat lightly the eggs and at the same time u add the stock and soy sauce, then pour into small cup/bowl and add in the chicken bits and shrimps/prawn, steam until cook and the texture just like soft tofu, then garnish with parsley...taddaaaa...you've got your chawan mushi...yummy...;-)
