Sushi and such...

Had a great time having sushi at the Palace of Golden Horses with Mr.&Mrs.Yap and my darling, Miss Hanyih...what a long time i haven't had a so call decent sushi...the one in UK not so yummy one...so i enjoyed a lot having sushi and such...yum, yum, yum...

...fresh salmon and yellow flesh fish...rolled sushi with mayo and fish roe...fried sushi...and another crab meat sushi..

...my plates of sushi and fresh grilled seafoods...

...the chawan mushi was so yummy one...and the desserts too...

hej! lyna...very simple one...you need 2 eggs, chicken or fish stock (dashi is japanese fish stock), chicken meat, if uu like u can put shrimp/prawn too, light soy sauce, shiitake mushroom, and fresh parsley for garnishing...so u just beat lightly the eggs and at the same time u add the stock and soy sauce, then pour into small cup/bowl and add in the chicken bits and shrimps/prawn, steam until cook and the texture just like soft tofu, then garnish with parsley...taddaaaa...you've got your chawan mushi...yummy...;-)
